Working out for more than an hour at a time is counter-productive. It cuts into your rest and recovery time, which is as important (if not more) than your workout time. Short, intense bouts (30 minutes or less) of exercise followed by rest and proper nutrition is more effective than a two-hour workout at a minimal to moderate intensity.
