Fitness Tip of the Week!
Donate your outgrown and gently used gis! We are collecting donations in a box in the front lobby for the rest of the month. All collected gis are available to purchase at discounted prices (and you can purchase tops and pants separately) and all proceeds will go to the Quest Center Scholarship Fund!
To see health results, you must get a balance of exercise, nutrition and rest. Exercise is 1/3 of the equation, and nutrition and rest are 2/3 of the equation...which means they are a third more important than exercise alone. If you exercise hard, eat unhealthy foods, and get less than 7 hours of sleep a night, then your exercise is negated, as all three of those are stresses to the body. Exercise= -1; good nutrition= +1; sleep/rest= +1...your equation should equal +1 if you want to see positive results!
